Every child deserves to have a head start in life. We, at HHRC, pride ourselves on providing quality, affordable, and bilingual early childhood education and comprehensive services for almost 50 years to the most vulnerable children and families in our community.
Head Start and Early Head Start programs provide services to low-income, at-risk children and families in core areas of early learning, health and family well-being while engaging parents so that children can succeed in school and families can thrive. Both programs nurture positive parent-child attachments and promote healthy development and growth. Early Head Start serves infants and toddlers, while Head Start programs are offered to 3- and 4-year-olds.
